Sticking to our GRASSROOTS.

We initially set out to be a community recording studio, until you happened.

It was 2018 and our first day opening our doors to the public. The studio was still under construction but we’d finished our live room and kick started our youth music project - we had to celebrate.

Patchwork Studios has grown into a thriving live music venue, welcoming everyone from local DJs and young people playing their very first band shows, to nationally-acclaimed touring and signed artists. Over 7,000 tickets later, we’re still here - still evolving - and yes, we’ve finally finished that studio.

Our programme is designed to reflect and include the diverse community around us. From intimate spoken-word evenings to ground-shaking dub, our eclectic spectrum of shows are carefully curated to support both emerging local talent and established artists, while keeping live music accessible, affordable, and culturally distinctive in our remote community.

Everything we do feeds back into people. All profits from our events are reinvested directly into our wide-ranging community projects to support creativity, learning and opportunities for the next generation.

So if you wake up with a hangover, at least you’ll know it was for a good cause.
