An open community of men striving simply to be their best selves, who make time to meet up socially once a month to find mutual support and camaraderie, and learn from a diverse community. This is a safe and confidential space to share, learn and grow, and work through life’s challenges and joys with others who may offer another perspective, or simply listen. The process builds mental resilience, self-awareness and emotional intelligence. It's all about practicing self-reflection, receiving feedback, and taking responsibility. All interactions are expected to be respectful and accepting of any differences.
