Each week Patchwork Studios host the best local live music and DJs. Whether it be the Thursday night Candlelit Sessions or the more rambumbious Saturday Night events, we no doubt we have something for you. No genre is off limits with previous acts ranging from Acoustic to Ska, Disco, Electronic, Psychedelic… you name it, it’s all good stuff and well worth a look see.
Foreign Voices are an alternative / experimental rock / post rock band with members hailing from Plymouth, Stroud and Cornwall.
The band formed at the end of 2022 and after playing extensively throughout 2023 with a number of successful headline shows as well as recording and releasing two self titled EPs which were both featured on BBC introducing in the South West and given extremely positive reviews Foreign Voices are now set to perform shows up and down the country for 2024.
With influences ranging across the board from artists such as Radiohead, At The Drive In, Interpol, Trail of dead, Mogwai, Sonic Youth, The Strokes and many more paired with melancholy and poetic lyrics that focus on storytelling Foreign Voices carve a unique and original sound that dances between all classifications of alternative and experimental music.

Sans Froid are an Art Rock band from Bristol featuring members of Chiyoda Ku, Ekhidna and Ogives Big Band. Currently gearing up to release their debut album later this year.

Between April and October, camping is available separately via Maker Camp website. Our Tavern within the venue is open until late, dishing out all the finest local tipples to keep you hydrated, plus Garrison Gallery are often serving up a storm of cocktails within their magical art-adorned walls next door. During the camping season, Oscallys Food Wagon cook up top homemade scran to keep your bellies full until 9pm over by the campsite entrance, and The Canteen opens at 9:30am for coffee and breakfast all year round, bar January. See you up the hill!
