Gwil Sainsbury helped push alt-J into the mainstream, before opting to leave the Mercury Prize winning band in 2014. Since then, he's been looking at music in a fresh way and building his own electronic music project from the ground up.
LOOR represents the culmination of these efforts. It's about the connection between the personal and the technical, moving between pumping experimental dance music and sonorous, atmospheric songwriting.

Azhaar continues the tropical jazz sabor of her band Global Wave, with the new EP ‘Song of the Quetzal’,  inspired during the lockdowns on a Costa Rican mountain, after encountering the rare, legendary  quetzal birds!'

As a prolific writer with 8 albums to her name so far, Azhaar has worked with many of the top names in jazz : Jason Rebello, Iain Ballamy, Gareth Lockrane, Gareth Williams and Snowboy, who produced ‘Original Love’  the title track of their debut album!
